Newnan Golf Tournament Swings High to Raise Funds for Research

April 19 was the date of the first golf tournament to benefit the Laura Crandall Brown Ovarian Cancer Foundation at the Newnan Country Club in Georgia.  Rookie LPGA player Jean Reynolds led the charge for a beautiful day on the links while the energetic team of volunteers ensured that players and sponsors were well taken care of throughout the day.  Many thanks to all of those donors, golfers, and sponsors who participated.  More than $17,000 was raised to benefit the Laura Crandall Brown Ovarian Cancer Foundation, whose mission is to provide funding for research and education about ovarian cancer.  Click here to see photos of this event.
