The Birmingham Bombshells calendar was officially released at the annual Picture of Health held at Old Car Heaven on Thursday, August 11. From Miss January to Miss December, our bombshells were there for photo ops, autographs, and to sell the calendars that have become famous for their real purpose: to raise awareness to the symptoms of ovarian cancer, and to raise dollars for research to find an early detection tool of this disease.

Food was provided by Cantina, Rogue and Ashley Mac's and was a big hit. Gentleman Zero played great music to begin the night. DJ Rafa, the Ultra Hip Review and Petite Jamilla completed the entertainment line-up. A silent auction offered items from beautiful paintings to jewelry to wine tastings and other attractive offerings.

A special thanks to all of our sponsors and volunteers who made this a memorable night and a huge success. And thanks to Angela Karen, our wonderful Bombshell photographer, and to the girls who worked so hard to raise money for this cause, our 2012 Birmingham Bombshells!
