MHS Reunion Committee Presents Check

On April 26, 2014, over 100 alum from Minor High School gathered at the Eagles Lodge in Forestdale to rekindle old friendships and reconnect at the annual 70's Reunion Celebration. During this event, the planning committee decided to make a contribution to cancer research. We are honored to have been chosen as the beneficiary of a $500 donation to further our mission.

Bob Duncan, organizer of this event, was most gracious as he spoke about the committee's decision. "It's both an honor and privilege for us to participate and help in any way we can," he remarked.

Jim Crandall, Foundation president, accepted the check along with Laura's mom, Cecilia Crandall.

We are most grateful to the MHS 70's Reunion Group for their contribution toward furthering our mission of early detection research and raising awareness to the symptoms of ovarian cancer.
