For the first time ever, our Head Over Teal 5K/Family Fun Day included the ability for people to form their own virtual teams to support the event. These teams were provided shirts to wear as they came together to observe Head Over Teal in various ways.
In Washington DC, Ronda Kent served as team captain for the Capital Stars. This team, consisting of six members, participated in a hike to raise awareness and dollars for the Foundation. Take a look at some of the photos submitted by Ronda.
Amy Dawson, team captain for Laura's Ride with LLSG, conducted a jet-ski ride on Lake Lanier in Georgia with her team of six riders. You can view a video of their ride below.
More virtual teams to participate were the Teal Ducks (Birmingham), Cahela Girls (Pelham), Head Over Teal (Helena), Laura's Ladies (Riverside CA), and The Lonestar Pack (Dallas TX).
