We are excited to announce that the CanSurvive GYN Cancer Support Group has become a part of the Laura Crandall Brown Ovarian Cancer Foundation as of January 1st, 2015.  
 
CanSurvive has been providing emotional, spiritual, and educational support for women diagnosed with and affected by gynecologic cancers since 1998.  Members of the former CanSurvive board have been invited to sit on the LCBOCF board, and a program committee made up of volunteers will plan the support group's program activities.

 
As a program of the foundation, CanSurvive will continue to offer two meetings per month and be an active participant in community events and awareness activities for GYN cancers.  All donations made to CanSurvive will now go through LCBOCF, and donors can choose to designate their donation specifically for the CanSurvive program.  
 
The move will allow for streamlined administrative operations on both sides, while increasing our capacity and resources.  We hope that this will enable us to further a combined mission of research, awareness, and support.  Please contact us with any questions you have.  We are looking forward to great things in 2015!
